Description
From the sellerPhoto of very rarely seen brass instrument- a bell upright circular alto horn with rotary valves! It was taken by the J.R. Hicks Art Gallery of Columbia-no state listed. It had a revenue stamp that was listed as being from 1862-1871 online, but I am no expert in that part. The instrument is definitely from the nineteenth century.
