From the seller
This is an original Civil War US Cap Pouch that has been passed down from a family member who served during the Civil War. This soldier was from Buffalo, New York, not sure what Division. It has been packed away for over 150 years with a few other Civil War items. The leather tab that fastens over the finial is broken off, but the original piece is included.
