This is an FIRST TYPE USGI M1903 TAKEDOWN TOOL Milled Hollow Rivet Dark Dried Cosmoline WW1 USGI It is the WW1 FIRST TYPE Milled With a Hollow Rivet and there are Serifs on the US. These were made 1903 - 1918 but was issued in WW2 as well but it is so crusted with dried out cosmoline, it does not indicate if it is Blued or Parkerized like the stamped M1903-A3 tools.
