From the seller
Vintage souvenir photograph that came out of a small box of items belonging to Margaret Smith. She was an Illinois Senator from 1983 to 2002. She passed away in 2005. She had been heavily involved in the Baptist Church. Her husband, Fred J. Smith, who had proceeded her in death also was an Illinois Senator. Only one staple still holds the photo to the backing. Corners have rust marks from the staples. Photo has some edge/corner wear. Bottom right corner has fragile bend. There are a few scratches. There are also dirt marks. Payment due in 4 days. The back has edge/corner wear and dirt marks.
