This is a photograph of Marilyn Monroe taken by Tom Kelly in 1949 from the Red Velvet Series. This is either Pose # 1 or Pose # 6. I found it listed both ways so I'm not sure. The photograph was taken in 1949 and it was used as the first centerfold for Playboy in 1953.
