Description
From the sellerModel 1898 Haversack Insert Original Spanish-American War period insert for the Model 1898 shoulder haversack. Brownish-khaki canvas construction with light tan cotton edging and two button holes at upper rear for attaching to buttons inside haversack. No markings. Small cut to left front, otherwise undamaged. Much harder to find than the haversack itself and almost always missing from the haversack, so here's a chance to complete yours!
