Slingerland May Bell 17 Fret Tenor Banjo Vintage Antique - Needs Restoration

Item is in need of repaire(s)/restoration. Not sure of the exact year of production. Pot diameter is 10 3/4" outside to outside. Drum head obviously needs replaced. Bridge is missing. This appears be an original open back. The nut for attaching a resonator does not appear original and may be an "add on". It is shimmed with a piece of wood. Drum nut key is included. Frets have no visual wear. Neck and body show no signs of cracks or distortion. Metal parts are complete, in good cosmetic condition and will need cleaned. Item will be very carefully packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. NO CASE. AS PICTURED
