With a weight of about 8 oz this is a 7 BY 5 inch brass plate or plaque that came off a U.S. NAVY ship that I feel was built in the early 1960's but I have no proof.The plate came from a CONDENSER TYPE II CLASS B manufactured by MARYLAND SHIPBUILDING & DRYDOCK COMPANY, BALTIMORE,MD,contract NOBS 4625,the plate is SOLD AS IS
