From the seller
Offering a new-old stock, unopened USN Chief of Naval Operations flag. The flag is a quality authentic naval flag representing one of the members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Made of rayon with fringe. The device is embroidered and the stars are appliquéd. There's a pole sleeve with leather tabs and it has a contract label dated 1989 in the sleeve. Rare to find this particular flag, I got a few in a surplus sale many years ago. Flag may have a musty smell from storage prior to my acquisition. (Flag in photos is one of the same batch, from US Flag & Signal.)
