From the sellerPre WW2 US Army officer's collar device for their uniform. This is a single device. The attachment device is pinback and probably preceded the posts that were common later on. You will notice the "c" clamp for securing the pin. Shipping by USPS ground advantage mail in the US. Overseas rates will utilize the ebay international shipping service.
