GREAT ANTIQUE CHINESE 18th C. QING QIANLONG PERIOD BLUE & WHITE PORCELAIN BOWL

A beautiful antique Chinese porcelain bowl handpainted with an elaborate Nanking pagoda & landscape design. It dates to the mid-18th Century (c.1750 to 1770s; Qing Dynasty, Qianlong Period) & comes fresh from an outstanding local estate collection. Skillfully potted from fine white porcelain, with a gadrooned edge, masterful brushwork, elegant blue & white hues, and exquisite craftsmanship throughout. Measures 4 3/4" in diameter by 2 1/2" deep. The bowl is in good condition for its age, with the only flaws being two tiny "flea nibbles" to the rim, and a hint of mild surface wear, and somewhat heavier wear to the gilt edging. Carefully stored & treasured by the previous owner, the bowl is clean & ready for use or display.
