This label has the Union Made designation which pegs it as mid-1960's - early 1970's, prior to the rectangular label that followed it. When they're gone, they're gone. Modern, new forgery reprints aren't made with inked diefaces but instead are usually digital lithography (laser printed) and are flat, with no relief.
