From the seller
A great original dated to what looks like 1888. I'm not sure if it is a regiment number, but it also appears to be marked "122 R" inside the lid before the date. Manufacturer Marked on the outside asunder the square brass loop. All straps are complete and unbroken. All studs are present. Very nice original pouch!
