15 meter qrp rcvr transmitter homebrew, with power supply

Beautiful home brew 15 meter station, crystal controlled at 21.148, 149, looks like it can tune a bit both ways, transmitter sends and listened on the receiver, I'm not sure how this works, I have supplied a regulated 12 volt supply and it has a battery box, the case is beautiful and all 3 units fit inside, the indicator lights turn on with the switches, looks ok but selling for parts, will ship in the lower 48 for only 25.00
