Antique or vintage zinc / aluminum lightning rod top or point with a 11 point star pattern. This item displays good and is overall solid but does have some minor to moderate imperfections, scratches and scrapes, staining and discoloration, wear on edges and corners, chipping to 2 small point tips, chipping to the tip of the long center point, long center point is slightly bent, and 1 small point has a bend as seen in photos.
