Please see photos for condition. The charger powers on when you apply pressure to the black pressure switch where the handheld connects, but not when i place the radio in the cradle. I charged the radio with a universal power supply and the radio powered on and i could hear the speaker, but the screen did not illuminate. Possibly not enough charge, but i cannot verify this. All items are sold in as-is condition without any warranties expressed or implied.
