Why is this so special?. It was initially censored with the FORM 149 Censor tape. However, that was then EDITED with a 159 IN BLACK INK! This is a wonderful Bermuda WWII Censor cover. It was sent from Hartford, Connecticut, USA and forwarded twice to Geneva, Switzerland on 12/3/1940.
