From the sellerYou are bidding on a The album belonged to Army Air Corps member Oscar F. Wells of Houston, Texas. Wells was born December 21, 1924 and died November 2, 2001 in Houston. He enlisted in the U. S. Army Air Corps May 15, 1943. He was a bombardier on B 25's. He was in Manila, Okinawa and Japan in 1945. There are 102 photographs. Wells has written descriptions on the back of the photos. He has identified other soldiers and trainees. Houston scenes with girlfriends. He trained in Greenville, S.C. and Colorado. There are photos of a Japanese Submarine and Buzz Bomb Suicide plane. Japanese shrines. The cover boards are detached. The pages are loose. Good luck!
