From the sellerI found this item in a 1936 Noma catalog. It is Noma Candolier Catalog # 40. Titled "Santa Clause Tree Candolier". Per the catalog the item is 10" wide by 9" tall. The silver base is wood as well as the red stands that Santa and the trees are on.
