Hand Carved PELICAN BIRD Wood Decoy by David Shultz 1998. This Pelican style wood carved bird has a smooth black finish, where you can see a wood grain pattern. Tried to show close up in picture. The bird is perched on top of a unique piece of what appears to be driftwood, placed on a wooden base.
