Womens Adult Hello Kitty Vans Sneakers Size 6?

I have no clue why I purchased these shoes. They do not fit. However, the tag on the shoe says they are a size 5. They are not a size 5. I am a size 7, a comfortable 7½ , and I can still put them on. They're tight, but I can wear them, so they are not a size 5. My guess is they're probably between a 6 and a 6½, which is still too snug for me. Please refer to the measurements that I have included photos of to make sure that they will fit you. There's some slight wear around the ankle but other than that they're still in pretty good shape. I looked online. I can only find these in kids sizes. Not adult sizes. I have no clue where or when I purchase them.
