See photos for best indication of condition. Some mars (left leg and foot) possibly cleanable. Vibrant orange hair color, but looks like it had been rubber-banded into pigtails at some point, so there is some separation from skull, which I think could be finessed to look better. With original blue vest, and note the hook at back of neck, likely to allow attaching to a chain or hanger. Orange/gold/brown (?) eyes! Original owner.
