The upper part is a soft knit, and the skirt and apron are a woven cotton. So many pretty prints, including a tea party print on the apron and mixed florals on the dress. The band of blue near the bottom reads “make a wish, never stop dreaming, magic is all around us.” Worn by a 4-year-old at her birthday party, excellent condition.
