Whimsical Elegance Enamel Cloisonné Carousel Horse w/ Saddle Ornament Figurine

This intricately detailed, piece is a cloisonné carousel horse hanging ornament, handcrafted using a traditional enameling technique. This ornament is part of a 600-year-old tradition of Imperial Enameling, where fired enamel is applied over a metal base. This item is used and has fading to the gold tone, (see all pictures). But is in overall good vintage condition and can be retouched.
