It is part of the yellow streamers * Streamers on hat and blower are missing , so get to the dollar store and find some streamers to shread and hot glue on. * It’s a bit of a DIY project, but his little legs are all there and the ends of the streamers are intact. * He doesn’t look like he’s had any previous repairs, and I do not see any cracks anywhere. 10oz before boxing safely
