Webster Sterling Silver Children’s Napkin Ring Early 20th Century Enamel Figures

Fun children’s designed napkin ring made out of Sterling silver. There is a fishing cat, and it looks like a bear going to school with his books. The Webster Hallmark with the arrow was there and it’s Sterling needs a little bit more of a polish. This is not perfect. There are scratches and a slight dent between the animals.
