From the sellerThanks for taking a look at the equipment. I bought this along with several other pieces of equipment at a garage sale this does power on as you can see however there is a sticker on the top that says no battery bench use only. This is being sold as is with no returns since I don't know anything about it or how to test it other than the lights coming on when I press the power button which does work
