From the seller(one) WA Whitney hydraulic power unit model 700-000, 1/2 hp, 110 vac. This does power up but there is hesitation on start up. It could be the contracts on the (2) relays in the top enclosure. The reservoir is mostly drained but you can hear the pump trying to pump the little fluid that is in it.
