From the sellerIt is stamped with S.H. Brooks W. Randolph VT Patented Aug 5 1884. Per the August 5, 1884 patent, Samuel H. Brooks stated, “This invention has for its object the production of a cheap and efficient pump adapted for window and carriage washing, and other purposes where a cheap portable pump or water-forcing device is needed.”.
