This is a very RARE item used in our family bakery that we had in the 1940's and 1950's. It is a Swedish hand cookie press used to cut cookies. It appears that it works as it should as the wires are still in great condition. We have had this packed away all these years and it is in wonderful condition.. It is marked PAT (no numbers) and Made In Sweden. It measures 21" long including handles and 9" wide. The metal slicer area measures 15" long. It is very heavy weighing about 16 pounds.
