This is a 1920s black glass bowl with silver overlay deposit, made by National Silver Deposit Ware/ L.E. Smith in the United States. The bowl belongs to the Art Nouveau style, is an original piece, and has a design i think is called Evangeline. You will have to double-check that information. I have obtained it from another seller on eBay, so it might not be correct. It is a vintage item from the 1920s and is a unique decorative piece. Some wear. Measurements are approximate.
