From the sellerSouvenir booklet from the Movieland Wax Museum and Palace of Living Art, located in Buena Park, California. We bought it in 1983, so it dates from before that. There's no actual printing date to be found, but a code at the bottom inside front cover (photo 4) might indicate 1981--but I can't say for sure.
