From the sellerThis vintage blood pressure medical equipment is from a German manufacturer, PROPPER Mfg. Co. This item, dating from the 1930s to now, is being sold for parts due to its condition. I do not know if it works! Also the Pouch that it comes in has multiple tears. I show this in photos.
