From the seller
This doll was made in 1986 with an Elinor Peace Bailey pattern. She looks like she was made with an altered version of one of the Victorian doll EPB patterns I've seen and she is almost identical. The only difference is that this doll has a low neckline on the dress, the two Victorian doll patterns I've seen both have necklines that go up to the neck; also she is not wearing anything on her head such as a hat or bow as seen on the dolls in the Victorian pattern.
