Spring Culinox is a premium line of Swiss made cookware highly sought after for its multi-ply construction. It features gleaming pure copper exterior for excellent heat distribution paired with an easy to clean, non-reactive stainless steel interior. The handles are made of solid brass. This piece is designed for cooking fish in the oven. There are two bottom pieces. One is 13" long and 6 1/2" wide and 3 3/4" deep marked #81. The second is 13" long and 6 1/2" wide and 1 1/2" deep, marked #82. The lid fits both securely. Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended if you want to preserve the shine. It should be hand washed. All pieces are in great condition, but they have scratches on bottom from use.
