This is a vintage 2005 Department 56 ceramic wall mounted plaque by the multimedia American artist Sandra Magsamen. This is from Department 56’s “Messages From the Heart “ line. This one celebrates sisters being friends. The quote is done in a black script font against a turquoise colored background with white polka dots. The wire hanger is adorned with colorful assorted beads. This smooth plaque is marked on the back. Plaque measures 7 in. by 2.5 in. The hanger has a drop of 5.5 in.
