I do not see a proper maker's mark, but there are stampings for "MADE IN U.S.A.", "20", and "WARNING - WEAR SAFETY GOGGLES" (see pics). It was once painted red, though much of that has worn off. There is no mushrooming on the striking faces, and no cracks around the eye.
