VTG 1950s Angel Ornament Mesh Tulle Dress on Wire Plastic Head Hand Painted Face

Vintage 70+ year-old, 1950s angel ornament probably from Japan (no stickers attached). Molded plastic head, blonde hair and pretty hand painted face. Fabric halo. Tulle mesh dress on wires on both sides. Lace collar and lace trim on dress front; pink, blue and green details at the base and has gold sequin accents. Mesh on one wing came off the wire. Wires are discoloring at the base. The attached hanging string is still on her but needs tied back up to hang it. 5" tall and 3" at widest.
