This frame kit comes from my late grandfather’s collection. I am far from an expert on firearms so I have done as much research as I could into these pieces and am listing this auction with the info I have gathered. If you have more info than I do or you have questions about these parts that I can answer for you please send a message! This appears to be mostly original pieces of an army issue Colt 1911 made in 1913. I based the year of manufacture off the fact that the latest date on the slide was 1911. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. One of the photographs has a printed list that was in the box of all the parts- I assume that all those listed pieces are in the pictures I’ve posted, and possibly some multiples.
