From the sellerIt actually works but you must remember that you must have a powerful enough video card for VR to use it. I think the missing USB item is for detecting head motion, but I am not sure. I think you can replace that USB part with a motion sensor from another manufacturer if you are using Steam VR to play games. The required motion sensor simply attaches to the top of the headset. Then you are able to use them together on Steam VR using one of the options on it. HTC Vive among others make this product that needs to be replaced for full functionality.
