From the sellerIssue was stored in basement and has that smell to it. Condition: Cover: Shows wear with staining. Old library ink stamped to front cover along with handwriting in pen. Back cover has rips to edges. Acceptable condition. Spine: Shows wear. Good condition. Pages: In good condition with some wear and a few stain marks. A few pages have creased top corners. Page 75 has rip to side edge. Pages 132 through 152 pages are separating from spine and gradually gets better. Acceptable condition. Issue is complete with no pages missing.
