From the sellerIssue was stored in basement and has that smell to it. Condition: Cover: Shows wear with staining. Damage to front cover rips and one small rip to back cover. Acceptable condition. Spine: Shows wear. Good condition. Pages: Has some wear and a few stain marks. Pages 1 through 27 have rips to top and bottom edge. Page 38/39 is not missing, it’s the attached mail in ad. - in acceptable condition due to all the pages being damaged. Issue is complete with no pages missing. Please see photos for condition.
