From the sellerIssue was stored in basement and has that smell to it. Condition: Cover: Shows wear with staining. Old library ink stamped to front cover. Cover is splitting from spine. Back cover has a few rips to top, spine, and bottom edges. Cover is holding on by just middle part of spine. Acceptable condition. Spine: Shows wear with damage. Acceptable condition. Pages: Has some wear and a few stain marks. Pages 177 to 192 have ripped top edge. Acceptable condition. Issue is complete with no pages missing. Please see photos for condition.
