The Vintage Mathieu Matégot Style Walnut and Brass Magazine Rack with Handle is a stylish and functional piece of home decor. Made in 1959 in the United States, this magazine rack features a bronze brown mesh body insert, heavy brass wires and wood-look accents. The trims at the end and the handle look like curved walnut but they are plastic pieces held in place by domed brass nuts. One of the domed nuts is missing and it has just a regular bare metal nut. This free-standing rack is sturdy and durable, measuring 18 inches in height, 16” inches length and 10” inches width. It is clean with a few places that are rusted. You have to look hard to find them. See the last pictures for pictures of slight rust missing nut. It is heavy, solid and really cool!
