From the sellerBlue and white striped print dress and matching panties. Dress has a white lace inset bodice, with white lace at each arm opening, and white braid with lace trimming dress hem. With this in mind, we're also including a different Ginny panties (I think it's a very washed out pink, with blue accents at each leg opening).
