From the sellerVintage Carl Zeiss/Baltimore Instrument Company slide projector. Made to affix to something but am unsure what. Dimensions approximately 15"x7"x8". "MED. DIV." (and that it was among similar equipment) suggests some military pathology use. Some marks on mirror similar to desilvering. Slide glass in great shape.
