Description
From the sellerNeither piece is engraved or personalized. The lever lifts easily to about 30 degrees. I have not attempted to separate the section from the barrel as I am not a skilled pen person. This elegant matched set dates to the early 20th century (approx.1915–1922 ) and features an ornate pierced sterling silver overlay over black hard rubber.
