Description
From the sellerThis is a vintage vulcanizer for repair of inner tubes, circa early 20th C, when flats were common. To use, you clamp the tube in the unit, with the hole centered, and put the repair patch over the hole, then clamp it down, pour a teaspoon of gasoline among the prongs, and carefully ignite. While it would work, these tools probably burned up a few people. This one is perfectly useable;, but I would not recommend trying it without some extreme cautions. I could find no maker markings but it is very well made of cast aluminum.
