Vintage Vanity Mirror Porcelain Base Boy & Girl Double Sided Magnifying

Vintage vanity mirror with a hand-painted ceramic base featuring a figurine of a boy and girl embracing. Unknown manufacturer or distributor branding label with "Billion" (Pat. Pending). Likely made in Japan during the mid-20th century (1950s-1970s). The mirror is a double-sided, round swivel type with a decorative gold-toned metal frame. Magnifying mirror (about 2x) on one side and normal mirror on the other. Some gold spots are visible on the normal side due to reflective surface degrading. There's a wing nut on the bottom to tighten or remove the mirror. The base and mirror are 12 inches tall. The mirror has a 6 inch diameter.
