Description
From the sellerI was a crew member aboard USS Intrepid CVS-11 from 1968 to 1970. This jacket was issued to me when our home port was changed to Quonset Point Rhode Island in 1969. It is all original. There are stains around the neck and collar, and the sleeve cuffs are worn. A good tailor can replace those. To be honest, I haven't worn the jacket in about 30 years. I wore it often in the 1970's and 80's. You have no idea how warm this jacket is. I never wore it with anything other than a tee shirt underneath. Anything warmer, and you would be sweating and uncomfortable. The size is small.
